Funeral services for Mr. Leonard Watkins Sr. 77 of Rockingham, NC who died June 30, 2023 in Randolph County, NC will be conducted Saturday July 8, 2023 at 2pm at Leak Street Cultural Center, Rockingham, NC with Rev. Charles Bethea officiating Rev, Paulette Wall eulogist, burial will follow in Philadelphia United Methodist Church Cemetery.
